A veterinarian's up to bat again after missing an hour of board-ordered continuing education

Complaint: Complaint 18-101
Respondent: Hugo Santibanez
Premises: Unknown

This complaint is from the board. Santibanez has apparently missed an hour of continuing education required by a previous board order so they opened up a new complaint to investigate it. He provides course information, continuing education transcripts, and invoices from AzVMA courses. He also name drops some of the people down on Coolidge Street including Carol, Mitty, and Linda.

There's an Investigative Division report about the matter. The Board found him in violation and made him pay $500.
