The complainant says that Carlton spayed his newly-adopted dog but the dog later went
into heat. The complainant took the dog to another vet who said that the dog needed
further surgery. Carlton replied that initially he had no record of the dog, but it
turned out that was because it was done at an ASAVE Charities event. The Investigative
Committee said that it was too bad the complainants didn't contact ASAVET again as
they would have gotten the second surgery as a freebie; it appears part of an ovary
was still inside the dog.
