Sometimes when something's hard to make sense of it's easier to just ignore it and move on

Complaint: Complaint 18-51
Respondent: Carmen Perez
Premises: VetMed

A complainant with a strong fondness for homeopathic all-natural alternatives took her cat to VetMed for urinary dribbling and was seen by Perez. The complainant says that the woman who said she was Perez was actually a different vet named Serratore. She also says that the place reeked of sickness and has worries with VetMed's facility and practices. She also says that her cat went into VetMed being able to walk but couldn't on discharge. The cat got sicker and she stopped at VetMed to ask questions on the way to a different clinic, and she says that the VetMed staff stole her cat into the hospital without her consent.

Perez responds to the events of the first visit. She says that most recommendations were declined for financial reasons so the cat was given an antibiotic and went home still able to walk. She notes that she was not present on the following visit.

The Investigative Committee said that the complainant's issues were mostly with VetMed and not Perez and left it at that. The question as to whether or not the complainant's cat was unwillingly (from her perspective) taken from her during the second visit was not addressed; I can only infer that because much of the complaint sounds insane, we're to assume that it all is.
