A frequent complainant has concerns about pretty much all of Tucson in a letter

Complaint: Complaint 18-69
Respondent: Heather Connally
Premises: Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson

The complainant has a wide variety of complaints about what she considers to be ethical lapses and other concerns regarding the Tucson veterinary community. She also states concerns about vets being unable to open an x-ray CD when she was able to open the CD on her computer. She also includes a letter directed more at the veterinary board itself, listing numerous difficulties and challenges she believes she's faced during her interactions with the Tucson veterinary community. It would be difficult to summarize here.

Connally's response states that the complainant and her cat were not to be admitted to the hospital as a result of previous interactions but were permitted to do so by accident. She says the goal was to stabilize the cat sufficiently to send him somewhere else. She says that the complainant seemed uncertain or confused about the cat's health in many respects, also stating that she attempted to convince the complainant to euthanize the cat several times a day. Bacteria and fungal organisms (but not Valley Fever) were obtained from the cat.

The Investigative Committee seems to have used the same boilerplate language from 18-65.
