The victim of a dog attack lingers for almost a week: Part II

Complaint: Complaint 18-71
Respondent: Wesley Arnold
Premises: AZPetVet Sarival Animal Hospital
Related: 18-70

The complainant restates the same complaint from 18-70 but regarding Arnold, one of the other veterinarians, rather than Hindley. The complainant had spoken with Arnold on the phone repeatedly as well as during a recheck examination.

Arnold's response states that during the exam he did not detect any lung pathology and recommended medication for vomiting, nausea, and pain. He mentions that he told the complainant to bring the dog back or take the dog to a 24-hour animal hospital if the dog's condition required it. He also states that he informed the complainant about the potential for skin necrosis because of the severity of the dog attack. He also states that when he learned of some of the dog's later issues by phone he recomended she bring the dog in sooner than scheduled.

It appears the Investigative Committee discussion here was pasted directly from the summary on 18-70. It talks about Hindley several times but never mentions Arnold once.
