Arizona's veterinarians never fail to fail so a dog spends a summer in scenic Davis, California: Part II

Complaint: Complaint 19-87
Respondent: Adam Polosetski
Premises: Ironwood Veterinary Clinic
Related: 19-86

This complaint follows from 19-86 and relates to Podosetski's role in the matter.

Polosetski states that "on multiple occasions the owner [complainant]" showed disrespect to my fellow veterinarians, and was verbally abusive." He dedicated an entire paragraph to the complainant lacking respect for "the entire veterinary community as a whole" as well as to "specific veterinarians." He laments that he tried his best to "calm his behavior" but he couldn't tolerate the rudeness and verbal abuse any more. He says as the manager of the hospital he sees it as his job to protect his staff from abusive clients like the complainant. (That's a far cry from Raper's depiction of the complainant in 19-86, isn't it?)

The Investigative Committee found no violations and just couldn't understand why the relationship between Polosetski and the complainant was so bad. Considering that they actually talked to both the complainant and Polosetski as part of the investigation, you'd think they might have at least come up with an idea? The only mention in the Findings of Fact states that the relief veterinarian said he was mean to him on the phone, but there aren't even any notes in the record about that conversation.
