This complaint follows from 20-57 and pertains to Radosevich's involvement.
Radosevich's response tells us that the cat was purring loudly and not experiencing signs of respiratory distress at the start of her shift. She tells us that later that morning the oxygen alarm went off telling them they had no more oxygen. She says the hospital had not received its oxygen delivery, so she called the complainant and told her to take the cat somewhere else. (Note that based on the complaint it sounded like they told the complainant they would transfer the cat if necessary when the cat was admitted.) She says that she told them if the cat got worse there was nothing the facility could do, but that the complainant still refused to come and get the cat. She says that the hospital received the oxygen delivery around lunchtime that day and the cat was hooked back up. The cat was apparently not doing great later in the day, so she again recommended a transfer but was told no. The next morning a vet tech came in and found the cat had no pulse. Radosevich concludes by stating that everything the clinic did was within the standard of care and that she's even reviewed their internal videos.
