A mother and her foal both die under the care of a future board investigator and his wife: Part II

Complaint: Complaint 21-13
Respondent: Justin McCormick
Premises: Copper Ridge Equine
Related: 21-12

This complaint follows from 21-12 and pertains to Justin McCormick's involvement. There's literally nothing new in this complaint that wasn't in 21-12, including the responses from Christine McCormick and Justin McCormick.

Justin McCormick ends up on the veterinary board Investigative Committee. He's also been investigated and cleared by the board at least twice, first in 18-124 (where a horse started thrashing around after a procedure, hit his head on the ground, and died) and then this one. He's also heavily implicated by the complainant in 19-24, in which a complainant was told a horse had a partially-broken neck that dated to the same time as McCormick doing surgery on the horse.
