A rescued dog's rabies certificate says he's been neutered but his testicles say otherwise

Complaint: Complaint 21-67
Respondent: Jessica Peterson
Premises: Sun Valley Hope Animal Hospital

The complainant says she adopted her new dog from a local rescue. The rescue owner told her that the dog had been neutered and given a rabies vaccine. Records were provided from Sun Valley Hope Animal Hospital showing the dog was neutered and that the dog had been given a rabies shot. The complainant says that the dog had not been neutered. She suspects the records were made up and that nobody did an exam and falsified the rabies certificate; she notes she'll have to go through the neutering process as well.

Peterson states that it was just a clerical error when the certificate was typed up; she was well aware the dog hadn't been neutered yet. She confirms the dog was given rabies, DA2PP, and bordetella vaccines.

The Investigative Committee didn't have much to pontificate about here; they just said that they reviewed the records and found no violations.
