A failed inspection leads to changes in controlled drug logs

Complaint: Complaint 22-16
Respondent: J Monet Martin
Premises: Kaibab Veterinary Clinic

This complaint is a result of an inspection report. Information regarding prescribing veterinarians and drug amounts were not included in the controlled drug substances logs.

Martin's response states that they've changed their logging practices and now have a paper log along with the computer log. She notes that she's included a copy of the new paper logs to show how they tally things now.

For those just tuning in, the board generally tends to be quite pedantic about controlled substances; much of that has to do with the ever-present War on Drugs intersecting with our pharmaceutical-regulatory-industrial complex.
