The complainant begins by telling us that his dog was vaccinated at another vet clinic. He called Desert View Animal Hospital to confirm that vaccinations from another hospital would be accepted. He states that two days later he was told that the vaccinations would not be accepted and would need to be redone at their clinic. He says he called back to clarify why an emotional support animal declaration could not be filled out and was told that they would not accept vaccinations from other clinics. He states that he asked the receptionist to confirm with Sosnow when he returned from lunch, but that there was no response.
Sosnow's (the responsible veterinarian) account differs somewhat. He says that the clinic had seen the dog twice in the past year but not in the past six months. Because it had been longer than six months they would not be able to sign the paperwork unless the dog came in for a wellness visit. There is no mention in his response that the vaccines were rejected by the practice; instead he seems to state that they told the complainant to go back to the clinic that had done the vaccines to fill out the form.
It looks like the Investigative Committee did all their discussion with their lawyers or literally had no discussion at all: "The Committee did not have any discussion after entering back into open session."
