This complaint follows from 21-85 and pertains to Radosevich's involvement.
Radosevich says she examined the cat, spoke with the complainant on the phone, and gave the cat the vaccine. She says the vaccine was not expired and that the sticker from the vaccine shows it wasn't expired. She's not sure how it got entered into the medical record or given to the complainant with the incorrect date on; the last two paragraphs of her response are nearly word-for-word identical with Jackson's respone in 21-85.
The Investigative Committee discussion was the same as 21-85. Like 21-85, the Board sent a letter of concern relating to medical records.
