A cat has a lot of problems and a complainant gets kicked out by a lot of veterinarians: Part II

Complaint: Complaint 18-66
Respondent: Tracey Scott
Premises: Pima Pet Clinic
Related: 18-65, 18-67

The complainant states that the clinic in 18-65 informed her that the x-ray she was given wasn't actually of the correct cat. She also complains that after seeing her cat two times they refused to see her when she had an eye condition that Wiseman said was an upper respiratory infection. She also complains about a nonconclusive x-ray and ordering a urine culture.

Scott's response gives us summaries of the cat's visits to the hospital. She also notes similar concerns about the complainant as Trueba in 18-65, but unlike him, she doesn't chalk it up to old age or diagnose a mental illness. She does mention a tumor and that she was concerned for a malignancy, but that the complainant was certain that it was a lipoma. She also states that the facility denied care on subsequent occasions because of the complainant's behavior to the staff, stating that the complainant had been notified of that previously.

The Investigative Committee discussion is pasted in from 18-65.
