A very sick cat allegedly has a peculiar and confusing set of referral experiences before dying: Part III

Complaint: Complaint 21-154
Respondent: Kristi Sluiter
Premises: VetMed
Related: 21-151, 21-152, 21-153

This complaint follows directly from 21-152. The complainant apparently believed Sluiter was involved in the cat's care.

Sluiter's writeup says that the cat was seen by Burns and discharged by Blom, both of whom are with the emergency service. (Sluiter is apparently with internal medicine.) She says she was never involved with the case and never saw the cat. (A couple of things are odd, namely that Bedell's name is missing here but Blom specifically mentions him in 21-153; also, where did the complainant get Sluiter's name and why, particularly if she never had any part in this?)

The Investigative Committee said Sluiter never saw the cat. The complainant allegedly appeared before the Committee so you'd think someone would ask how Sluiter's name came up, and you'd think that would also be part of the discussion.
